Ayisha Malik Kamara is a Ghanaian legal practitioner with over a decade of experience spanning private practice, international institutions, academia, and civil society. She is admitted to the Bar in Ghana and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association.
As Managing Attorney of Kenyiti Law Consult and founding partner of its predecessor firm, Ayisha has built a broad and versatile practice across corporate and commercial law, human and gender rights, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.
Ayisha has gained international legal exposure through her work at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, where she served within the Administrative Law Division, and at the Africa Services Committee in New York, where she was a Columbia Law School Public Interest and Government Fellow. She has also undertaken consultancy work across the West African region, with sector exposure in aviation and natural resources.
Beyond practice, she is the Founder and Executive Director of the Asana Memorial Foundation, where she champions initiatives focused on advancing opportunities for the girl child through legal advocacy, education, mentorship and community engagement. Ayisha is an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Ghana School of Law, where she teaches Gender Rights and Islamic Law at the postgraduate level. She holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, an LL.B. with First Class Honours from GIMPA, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ghana. She also holds an Advanced Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), London. She is fluent in French, with proficiency in Spanish, and is a native speaker of Hausa.

Francis Osei-Bonsu is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and a member of the Ghana Bar Association (GBA). He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA, Hons) from the University of Ghana. He was called to the Ghana Bar in 2016 after completing his professional law course at the Ghana School of Law.
Francis is known for his industrious and result-oriented approach to legal practice, with a particular focus on Commercial and Land/Property Litigation. His exceptional advocacy skills and passion for courtroom litigation have earned him a reputation for achieving optimal outcomes for his clients. He has represented clients in various sectors and has developed significant expertise in handling complex commercial disputes and property-related matters.

Dr. Nana Amma Adjovu is a lawyer, lecturer, and conflict resolution expert specializing in arbitration, mediation, negotiation, and conflict resolution. With a diverse background spanning Administration, Banking, Oil & Gas, and academia, she has effectively managed complex disputes and negotiations.
She holds a PhD in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from Euclid University, Gambia, an LLM in Legal Practice (Conflict Resolution) from the University of Law, UK, and an LLB from GIMPA. She also earned an MBA in Corporate Finance and a Post-Graduate Diploma from Wuhan University of Technology, China, and a BSc in Human Resources Management from Central University.
Dr. Adjovu was called to the Ghana Bar in 2022 and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, the Association for Conflict Resolution, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK and Ghana). She is also certified in Strategic Marketing Management from Harvard Business School and International Negotiation from Oxford University.
A published researcher, she actively advocates for peace, justice, and human rights in Ghana and beyond.

Terry graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with a degree in Land Economy. He then undertook Project Management Professional Course at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He holds an LLB degree from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA) and subsequently attended the Ghana School of Law, where he completed his professional legal training and was awarded a Qualifying Certificate in Law.
Ebo is a good addition to the team who works with enthusiasm, attention to detail and have a positive disposition to work which contributes exceptionally towards the team’s achievement of its objectives. He loves gospel music, reading and writing.

Cassandra Ampofowaa Vonbackustein is a Human Resource and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Consultant with over two decades of experience in HR management, administration, and operations. She is currently the Operations Manager at Ghana Trade Fair Company Ltd., where she oversees daily operations, manages executives, and coordinates activities across all departments.
Cassandra’s career in HR began in 1999, and she has since held various roles, including Human Resource Manager and Senior Manager for HR and Administration at the Ghana Trade Fair Company Ltd. She also served as a Board Secretary in the absence of the substantive Board Secretary. Her expertise extends to organizing events and exhibitions, having coordinated multiple high-profile events during her tenure.
Cassandra holds a Professional Executive Master in Alternative Dispute Resolution from IPLS, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and an MA in Public Administration from GIMPA, and a BA in Social Sciences (Law & English) from KNUST.

Agbenyeke Gifty, the administrator. Holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Ghana. Currently enrolled in the ICAG to further education.
Has worked as an audit associate and administrator having gained experience in audit and compliance, preparation of audit documentation and administrative experiences in clerical and task management, organization and technical proficiency.
Her background in both audit and administration has equipped her with strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail, enabling her to effectively support organizational processes while ensuring compliance with established standards. She is adept at handling documentation, coordinating office operations, and providing reliable support to management in achieving strategic goals.
In addition to her academic and professional background, she demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills, making her a valuable team player in collaborative work environments. With her commitment to continuous learning and professional development, she aspires to broaden her expertise in accounting and finance while contributing meaningfully to organizational growth and efficiency.
